Alright, enough about me. Let's get to the fun stuff...
Tanya Taylor, Fall RTW 2014 |
It was SO hard to pick just one look from this show. I absolutely love the mix of graphic and girly prints with fun neon details. This look is feminine, fun and flattering (the 3 essential F's!). I would wear this look on the street because it's just so stinkin' cute. The neon and fur details on the collar add a whimsical touch to the bold, black-and-white floral print.
ZAC Zac Posen, Fall RTW 2014
ZAC Zac Posen-
Black and white prints in feminine shapes seem to be very popular for fall ready to wear 2014...and I love it! The print is gorgeous and the full skirt and puffy sleeves make this look playful and different. I would wear this with a pair of bright pink pointy-toe heels, a sleek ponytail and a swipe of fuchsia lipstick. (Nars' "Funny Face" to be exact!)
Araks, Fall RTW 2014
Araks-
I love everything about this look. Especially the polka dot top and plaid skirt. To me, pattern mixing
is all about fun...and what says "fun" more than polka dots? But, this look keeps from going over the top by keeping a muted color palette and simple silhouette. Perfect for fall!
Kate Spade NY, Fall RTW 2014
Kate Spade NY-
You wanna talk about fun? Kate Spade is your girl. Words cannot describe how much I love this collection. It's safe to say that Kate Spade is my spirit animal. The 2014 fall ready to wear collection is full of neons and fun patterns...it's like a wearable candy store! This look is one of my favorites because of the bow appliqué coat and the adorable neon pink leopard tuxedo top. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
Thank you all for reading my first post and stay tuned for more NYFW reviews!
xx Mina
